Jason Duffe & Peggy Edwards

“We made a lifestyle choice when we bought our farm,” comments Jason when discussing the small farm that became home to him and Peggy three years ago. Today, they raise Cotswold sheep, chickens, Muscovy ducks and grow a variety of vegetables. Jason is a biologist and is passionately committed to environmentally sound farming practices and to sustaining rare plant and animal species.
Jason and Peggy are pleased to note the increasing consumer interest in healthy, locally grown food, demonstrated by the popularity of farmers’ markets and by the demand from local restaurants wishing to feature these products on their menus.
