Each innovative dish or take-home item is prepared on site using top quality, fresh, natural, seasonal, local ingredients (when possible) and no additives.
Thyme and Again Creative Catering and Food Shop is a very pleasant spot to stop for a quick bite to eat or to pick up fresh take-home meals or frozen entrees. They also offer a wide assortment of appetizers, dips, spreads, salad dressings, sauces and condiments. Catering services are provided for weddings, galas, fundraisers, corporate events, intimate dinner parties and social gatherings.
Guillermo Muñoz was born in Papudo, Chile. At age 18 he traveled to Santiago to study gastronomy, and then worked at the Sheraton. With over 20 years of experience in the kitchen he has operated the award winning restaurant Latitude 42, receiving Frommer's tourist guide highest rating.
