“Organic certification is a priority and benefits both farmers and consumers,” declares David. He and Elise, a graduate of the Institut de Technologie agroalimentaire de Saint-Hyacinthe have been farming since 1985. Their daughter Elise is now a coowner of the farm. Their 100-acre spread was certified organic in 1988. A greenhouse complex enables year-round production and a CSA box program is also available year round.
