Taste, creativity and a painstaking attention to detail are Chef Cory’s hallmarks. The result is that Rideau Club members enjoy an unforgettable food experience, which combines the talent of Chef Cory and quality ingredients, using local seasonal offerings when possible.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Cory worked in Chicago and Toronto before coming to Ottawa.
Founded in 1865 by Sir John A. Macdonald, the Rideau Club is the private gathering place of Canada’s civic, political and business leaders. The elegant setting has an impressive view of the parliamentary precinct and features a member’s lounge, private dining rooms, a member’s clubroom and a library.
