Farming runs deep at Rainbow Heritage Garden: Kylah and Zach founded it in 2006 on the seventh generation Dobson Family Farm. Their belief that a healthy body is inseparable from healthy soil shows in over 200 varieties of fruits, vegetables, nuts and drying beans that they grow without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or GMOs. Instead compost, cover crops, mulching and crop rotation encourage healthy soil and plants, building long-term soil fertility. Their concentration on heirloom varieties produces vegetables with sensational colours, flavours and nutritional value.
