Kevin Gillis and Jenny-Lee Roy are 1st generation farmers devoted to the old world practices and beliefs of agricultural ancestors whose methods respected the land and resulted in healthy food. On their picturesque 96 acre spread they use 'natural practices' and note that, "we use old world farming methods because our environment is very important to us".
