Laurie Maus can trace her farming roots back to the 1700's and points with pride to her Granddad Jairus whose renowned beef herd garnered many Royal Winter Fair awards. Following his example in developing their own lamb and beef operation, Laurie and Bob choose the best
breeds and continually research potential improvements; their mantra, “quality going in means quality coming out”. A biologist, Laurie is committed to the concept of food security.
