“To bring whole food to consumers is a joy”, says Gerrie, whose passion for sustainable agriculture is expressed through the operation of an 8000 square foot greenhouse where she cultivates organic herbs and gourmet greens.  Also on site is The Worm Factory which produces many thousands of Red Wigglers, the marvels of composting.

Hoping to raise awareness, Gerrie lectures in schools on soil stewardship and food sovereignty as well as the amazing composting capabilities of Red Wigglers.  Visitors are welcome, by appointment, to tour the facility.
