Charles Part & Jennifer Warren-Part

Chef Charles Part trained at the Westminster Hotel School in London and emigrated to Canada in1981.  Successful with Loons in Toronto, he and Jen opted for a countryside venue and launched Les Fougères in 1993.  The eclectic menu changes with the seasons and the cuisine, “true to the ingredients”, has been captured in the form of an award winning cookbook , “A Year At Les Fougères”.  The Store, opened in 2002, offers take-home fresh and frozen delicacies, preserves and gifts.  Whether dining indoors or alfresco in the screened porch or enjoying a catered event in the garden Pavilion, guests at Les Fougères are assured of “genuine, unpretentious hospitality”.
