Tracey Black

Executive Chef and ownerTracey Black trained at both the Cordon Bleu Paris School of Cooking and the Stratford Chef School but happily credits her childhood experience, “helping in the family garden and learning to catch, clean and smoke salmon”, for her devotion to seasonal, local cuisine. Epicuria, founded in 1990 is a full service catering company producing over 1200 events annually and The Fine Food Store offers a complete line of fresh and frozen take-home products. Tracey proudly affirms that at Epicuria chefs “use the freshest local products and impeccable food preparation and presentation”, to ensure a “memorable, pleasing and exciting experience” for each of their clients.
