Perspectives at Brookstreet

Executive Chef Clifford Lyness, a native of Montréal, Canada began his culinary career in his home town.  Chef Clifford has played an important role in creating Brookstreet’s culinary culture through his creative menus and slow food philosophy. Cliff’s focus is on sourcing local and regional products when possible, recognizing the importance of pleasure connected to food, and safeguarding regional cuisines and local traditional products.

Whether in the 125-seat restaurant or the intimate 14-seat private dining room, guests will find that the Perspectives style and service is definitely upscale but the dress code remains casual.  Notable regular events include the daily “Blind Tasting” menu choice and, by reservation, the “Chef's Table”, in which up to 24 guests have the opportunity to enjoy the chef's choice of wine & food served right in the kitchen. There is also the “Food & Wine Rave”, an overnight event in which teams, under the tutelage of a sous-chef, create and then enjoy a gourmet meal along with the appropriately selected wines.
