Bleuetiere Hector Dignard and Fils

There are 35 acres of raspberries and seven acres of blueberries at Bleuetière. Features such as high-bush blueberry and raspberry bushes with row-side benches, picnic tables, refreshments and a kiddie playground, all contribute to the enjoyment of the 'pick your own' experience. The Dignard's recognize the health benefits of eating fresh local fruit and value the opportunity to provide produce that will encourage consumers to become “berry healthy”.
Bleuetière Hector Dignard and Fils is a member of the Ontario Berry Association and the Canadian Farm Management Council. To maintain best production practices, the family participates in George Morris Centre seminars and Agriwebinar conferences. Sticking with family tradition, Michel's eldest daughter Sonia is currently studying Horticulture at College La Pocatière.
