Since 1987 Mark and Kathy have been promoting a vision of ecological sustainability at Appleseed Organic Lawn Care. Based on the belief that a healthy diet is necessary for a healthy society, Mark and Kathy embarked on a new adventure in 2008; starting their own organic vegetable farm. "I'm having a blast", says Mark, "nothing beats local, fresh organic produce!" Wanting to match their desire to create a better world with practical, pragmatic solutions, Mark and Kathy invite you to start to change the world one delicious fork full at a time.
