Anne Cadotte
Anne Cadotte has been involved in farming since 1978 and her focus has evolved over the years. Currently she concentrates on the cultivation of vegetables and herbs that are rarely found in our area and since 1994 has been selling her unique produce at the ByWard Market. “Producing vegetables in the spirit of the 'slow food movement'” is the goal of ADC Herbes Fines.
