All Savour Ottawa members undergo a verification process to ensure that they are meeting at least the minimum requirements of their membership category.  The minimum requirements are set by member focus groups and can be reviewed and expanded annually. Food Service members must purchase at minimum 15% of their food costs, or $25,000,
directly from local farmers.
